BSI Syc data tool error for 10.0.f cyclic upgrade

Hi All,

We are applying cyclic update on BSI,we are facing an ABAP dump,please find attach,We have upgraded to BSI 10.0.f . For resolving this issue we have follow all the steps provided below URL however still issue continue please assist.
