Only to one scenario : Exception : Error on completion of HTTPS-roundtrip: java.net.ConnectException

Hi experts,

I know that there are some other thread discussing about the below error, however my situation is one of the scenario working, while another scenario having this issue.

"Exception : Error on completion of HTTPS-roundtrip: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect, nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect"

Both mentioned scenario are pointing to the exact same system in the SLD.

Looking at the message log, some values are missing.

When I run the processes by using test-debug by using the same input file, the value are there and everything seems alright.

Please advise what could be wrong and how to resolve this.

    Hi,

if you have this issue in the SLD as well, please check your DI Proxy installation and the selection of the correct DI API.

    • Is the DI Proxy component installed?
    • Is the relevant DI Proxy service active and started?
    • Does maybe a firewall block the default port 2099 for DI Proxy connection via https?
    • Is the relevant DI Proxy service connected to the correct DI API version (please check in config file of the DI Proxy: diproxyserver.properties)?

    Best regards

    Bastian

    • Hi Krisma,

good to hear that it's working now.

The issue was caused by a missing connection to the DI Proxy service, it had nothing to do with your mapping, otherwise you haven't had got the error in the SLD testconnection as well.

Depending on the settings in diproxyserver.properties (RESTARTPERIOD), the DI Proxy Service gets restarted every 60 min by default.

Anyway, it makes sense to work with multiple instances of DIProxy as described in SAPNotes 1975033 and 1993784.

      best regards

      Bastian
