sold to not found in interactive planning for a specific user

Hello all,

Need someone help please.

A specific user is not able to view the sold to in the sdp94. However, other user is able to. What would be the setting I need check?

Hi Sanjiv,

Have you given authorization at characteristic level? If yes, then you need to check the role assigned to the user. Also whether the char. sold to is part of the object assigned in the role.

There is a custom table having sold-to maintained for users.

Hi Sanjiv,

Match the Authorization profiles of the user similar to the user's who ever able to view the Object.

Match the settings for the user in /SAPAOP/SDPPLBK.

Match the settings for the user in /SAPAPO/SDPUSET.
