what I need to get is, trying to create notes for each visit, (visible on the service ticket screen).
I have created the Field for notes in the Visits work centre. [check : Visit Notes.png]
Now, I've notice that the Service Ticket screen already has options for recording each visit for the same service ticket. [Check : Service Ticket Screen .png]
what I now need is the same custom field that I've created, to be visible in the Service ticket screen below the visit tab. [Check : Service Ticket Screen 2.png]
I've attached the image files in this post.
Please help me with this ASAP.
