Workflow assigned to incorrect user

Hi,

Within VIM workflow we have a issue with some DP documents where the correct role is assigned but the incorrect user is shown and user has somehow reserved the item.

For example User "Jones" is shown in VIM Analytics as the current agent aginst a DP document and the role APMGT is shown, however if I check in transaction PPOME(Organisational structure) the user is not part of the role.

Has anyone had this issue in the past?
