Dear All,

I have once issue related to excise that is

For PO let us say 0001 exist two line items

One line having one GR i.e. Movement type 101 and excise also posted

But another Line item having two GRs one is 101 and another is 102 movement types for that we have posted excise invoice for movement type 101 with J1IEX and movement type 102 J1IV whenever doing MIRO system is toughing error i.e.(Part II not done yet. Message No. VZ000)

Kindly suggest us what the Route cause for this error are and I have checked all the tables

Hi,

Sorry for the late reply Problem is solved error because of ref year. The reference year of GR movement type 101 excise invoice is 2016 and IR is trying to post in 2017 so it's giving error.

Dear Mr. Swamy

Both line items of this PO are contradictory to each other, why are you trying to post both at once. First PO line items will be posted by MIRO -Invoice mode, while second item is debit to him which will be accounted by MIRO-Credit note.
