Track PO in workflow

I have amended the amount on PO , however the PO is not in my workflow to process for approval.

Can you please tell how to track the PO.This is the date wise PO changed history.

In the upper left side of the PO transaction (ME23N) there should be the generic object services button, there should be a workflow->workflow overview option showing all the workflows which are linked to the PO you are viewing including all approvers. if no user processed the workitem there should be an info link instead of the approver name, press it to see the approvers.

    Hi,

Check SWI6 transaction, there you give BO BUS2012 and key as PO no. And check the latest technical log. From there you can find out who is the agent of current workitem

    Hello

Also check if there is any Check Function Module defined in Transaction SWE2 against BOR BUS2012 CHANGED event. Also check if there is a defined CONDITION in Workflow start event; check it in Transaction SWDD. There can few cases when a PO is changed but WF trigger is stopped using Check function module or CONDITION check.

    Regards
