LOP Deduction on only Basic Pay and HRA

Dear Expert,

I have got a scenario in which it is required by the client that LOP must deduct only on Basic pay and HRA and other components(like education all., special allowance etc) of fixed salary must be intact.

But If I make it possible by changing processing class 10 with specification 1 for LOP eligible wage types and remove the same for other fixed component then it won 't proportionate salary in case of mid month joiners or resigned.

Kindly guide me on the same.

Thanks & Regards

Bindu

In such cases you modify PCR INP1 as you required and then assign new specification for the wage type which should not deduct the amount until and unless he is a mid join'ee.

    Hi

    Kindly confirm the below

    1. In case of employee mid month Joining are you able to get right out for Basic pay wage types and Staturoty Wage types

    2. Can you paste the screen shot (Factoring PCR)

    3. If there is the difference in the amount you have modify the PCR as XPPF.(Factoring for internatinal Payroll)
