Hi Experts ,

When I go PPOM-old , cost center is displaying , but when i go in PA30 in organizational assignment cost center is not display , please help me how it will be display . Please see the screen shot for your reference .

Hi,

It seems you will have to change start date of your already exist Organizational Unit and then it will automatically map the relationship of Cost center and Employees with its start date.

use this program via SA38 to change your organizational unit's start date and relationship with cost center and employee's start date.

RHBEGDA0 - Set New Start Date of objects in OM

Test run and check the relationship will be automatically changed.

Enter New start date as 01.04.2015 and old start date as 18.05.2015 of your organizational unit and

Try to execute the following 2 programs in order to update the CostCenter into IT1.

1. RHINTE30 - Transfer org. assignment in batch input folder for infotype 0001
2. RHINTE10 - Prepare Integration (OM with PA)

I have tried both the program . Not display cost center  .I do not know where is the problem , what could be the reason . please check and help me.

Have you made the relationship in the Position level or Organization level for cost center in the OM relationships infotype.

If you do so then it will come automatically. If after that it's not coming then run RHINTE program in the sequence then will solve your issue.

Thanks for your reply , I have run Rhinte30, Even though Cost center is nit displaying in organization assignment . Around 275 Employee , i have assigned the cost center all the employees  and displaying in PPOM_OLD , BUT When i go to see in PA30 in 0001 is not showing there , could you help me where is the problem .

Hi Jagan ,

Check the assignment in PO13,

Enter position , select relations and click on Overview.

Check the S-K relations is available or not , if not create the relations A/011 by using same transaction code.

Hi,

Your Organizational Unit start period is 18.05.2015 ,its relation with cost center is also 18.05.2015 and Employee relation date is 01.04.2015.

please rectify the Organizational unit and cost center relationship start date as per PERNR date.
