Hi Gurus,

Please Clarify who all are the teams involved in marketing segmentation as i am confused a bit ,as marketing segmentation is basic for the reporting purpose & to know the various segmented (small areas performance & their reviews) .so to know the clear picture & compare for the decision making purpose

Is this much associated with BI teams ?

what are the limitations for SAP CRM in marketing segmentation as i found BI is involved in this as well .
