If you want to accommodate the spacing also between two fields in the receiver file then you will have to consider the space lengths also. So for any field, the total length of field becomes field length + spaces after that.
In your case, below configuration can be used:
Record.fieldFixedlength:15 + <spaces>,7 + <spaces>, 52 + <spaces> ,22 + <spaces>
