SAP HCM PF workflow not triggered

Hi Experts,

We got an issue with workflow when we refreshed QA with Produciton Environment. We are able to initiated process through FPM but workflow didn't triggered at all. No work item being created and also no direct error to user. But on SLG1, I could see different errors for dialog user (who initiated the form) not for WF-BATCH.

1. In archiving index table no entry found for archived process (GUID: 555342CEAB490F60E10080000A081146)

Message no. HRASR00_ARCHIVE010

2. Work item 000000000000 cannot be read

As of now I am dissecting the issue at different levels;

A. Workflow Runtime - RFC and WF-BATCH user (Still checking on this)

B. Event linkage (Seems normal, no errors - analyzed workflow through SWU0, SWE2 etc..)

C. Dialog user authorizations who initiates the form. (Seems normal he has all authorizations including workflow, processes and forms and case management)

Is it kind of any buffering issue with workflow?

I need your expertise to analyze this issue. please suggest?
