Upgrade of IS-UT to release 606

Hi everyone,

When trying to activate Utilities in transaction sfw5:

I got following:

System is SAP ERP 6 EHP6, and it is upgraded to latest SPS.

I am not sure how to perform required actions.

In transaction SAINT stack file is required. I am not sure how to generate stack file for this particular case. I have used Maintenance optimizer for generating stack files for SPS upgrade, but I am not sure how to use it now.

How can I generate stack file using Maintenance optimizer for this particular case?

Best regards,

Zeljko Paic

Should I use Add-On products or SAP Enhancement Package for SAP ERP:

    • Hi Zelijko ,

You are essentially doing an Enhancement pack Upgrade for the component IS-UT from base version 6 to 606 . It seems some of the other components are already in 606 version hence the netweaver release does not change .

you need to select option 3 to download the stack . Request you to check with your functional team [ Sometimes BI team as well , incase there is also reporting planned on this component] before you choose the stack .

      Thanks ,

      Manu
