VA01 - Trying to Access CRM

Hi Experts,

I am creating Sales Order in ECC system, when I SAVE the documents, in VA01 system shows me the number of document Created.

But when I click Back, I get an error for "Express Document Update'.

I tries to analyze the thing, and find that system is trying to access CRM system, but no CRM system is connected to my ECC EHP IDES.

I receive an error in CRS_SALES_SEND_TO_SERVER.

Please guide me how can I stop system to call CRM Server.

    Please check with a developer if a user exit is in place. This may be calling custom code to replicate the order in CRM. The sales document type and controls should also be checked to make sure no user exit is in place. Also, as suggested by Shiva, check with the basis team if a RFC connection exists from ECC to CRM to replicate Sales orders.
