Can someone please explain me in detail about u2026,u2019.

1.what is this alphanumeric mean(u2026,u2019 ......)

2.where did they come from in sap

3.where will we use these.and anymore info available with u.

those are message class and message numbers respectively.

U2026 = 'U2' - Message class and '026' is message number.

please check t-code SE91  and enter U2 in mesasge class field with message number 'xxx'.

These class mainly for FI and CO error messages.

Can you elaborate your question, Normally alphanumeric = Alphabets + Numeric, Which depends on the Table, Field and it's characteristics all can be decided by technical consultant while designing it.

Standard tables are predefined, it works accordingly.
