Risk analysis at user level for user with Business roles does not show results

Hi Experts

Stuck in a very critical Testing.

During SOD check ,we found that risks are not showed for users who has been assigned business role when we run risk analyis at user level but when we run risk analysis at roel level for same business role risks are shown.

Can anyone guide me here.I am attaching the screen shots

E.G. User id: TESTFUN has been assigned two business roles 1) Firefighter admin 2) Firefighter ID owner

Now I run risk analysis at user level for user id TESTFUN and i dont see any risks/results

Now i run the risk analysis at role level for  two business roles 1) Firefighter admin 2) Firefighter ID owner and risk on all levels are showed up

Hello Nitesh,

• Check if it is happening only for business roles or any other roles.

• Since Role Level Risk Analysis is working fine Check If the table GRACUSERROLE table has the required roles assigned to the user id or not. If not, Try to run the repository object synch job.

• Also, Check if you have maintained the inputs properly while searching or by chance selected some extra option.

Thanks for your reply.

My issue is resolved after i re ran the sync job.Now i am caught in other issue.

When i create a access request with a Business role and do its simulation i see permission level risks coming up and the time i sumbit the request and it goes to role owner for approval but i dont see any permission level risks at that time.Its quite wierd but not sure why this issue.

Any advice please.

Hello Nitesh,

• Check If Wrong Risk Analysis type is being used to show Risk Analysis Results.

• Also, Check this Note. It will help you to understand few things like what's happening in the background.

        1846213 : Risk Analysis in Role Approval Workflow

        1784207 : Risk Analysis Result Not Shown for Role Approver
