OverDelivery Tolerance

Hi,

I have maintained the check overdelivery as B in delivery item category and when I try to create a delivery with del. qty more than order qty, it gives me an error.

But if i set the over delivery tolerance as some percentage(say 10% or 20%) in sales order and in customer master, it does not take this into account even though my delivery qty is within the overdelivery percentage.

Can you suggest where should I check this setting.

Hi,

If you send the Error it will be very helpful. Anyhow please try maintaining the Part.dlv./item as blank and Max.Part.Deliv. as 9 in customer master shipping data are change manually in the line item of the sales order shipping tab show in below in sales order.
