How to Recieve/Send MDN for AS2

Dear All Experts,

i have a two requirement as below.

1.      SAP IDOC to XML (via AS2 adapter)
2.      XML to SAP IDOC (via AS2 adapter)

what I need to know is how to receive / send MDN for requirement 1 and 2 above.

Actually I created this PI interface for an IDOC to XML (standard FTP ) ASYNCHRONOUS scenario but the requirement was changed to communicate through AS2.

So do I need to change any thing in ESR (Data Type, MT, Message Mapping , SI , OM) ...?

No changes on ESR side necessary.

For the MDN, have a look at or the SAP help for configuring a sender and receiver AS2 adapter.
