Fixing key figure value in DP

Hi,

In a Planning area i have weekly and Monthly storage buckets are available. When key figure value is 100 in monthly periods, after disaggregated to weekly level then it should be 100 only for all the weeks.

ex: Monthly demand 100

Weekly Demand: week1 100  week2 100 week3 100 week4 100

Hi

As you have the weekly bucket as storage bucket as per my understanding data will get stored mainly at lowest granularity i.e. weekly bucket. In the above example,if I understood you don´t want have dis-aggregation of demand based on time period.

I think you should try Time based dis-aggregation options in the planning area configuration i.e.

N	No time-based distribution

. I think this will solve your problem.

Hello,

Disaggregation type "Average" looks promising. However as Amol said, you'll not get the desired result for some periods due to the effect of technical periods.
What do you want the result to be, if there's a week spans two months?

Sorry for late response.Though there is a week split it should show the 100 quantity in both months.
