Manage Output Channels for Sales Quotes (Print/Email/Fax)

Hi All,

Here is a question related to the output for sales quote in form of email, print and fax.

So, for the same i created a new sales quote and added products to the quote. But post that was not able to see anything in the output section of overview of the created quote.

I went through the admin guide and found that to have the output i need to configure Output channel selection and create output channel rule post selecting the rule for the business doc .i.e. Sales Quote and click on Go and then click on new. But unfortunately i see new button deactivated post clicking on Go. Instead a new window opens "EDIT OUTPUT CHANNEL SELECTION FOR: SALES QUOTES" and i can only add a new row to that without any rules defined.

In addition i am facing the same issue for form template selection and create form template rule.

1) Am i following the right way to get the print, email and fax outputs for the quotes?

2) If yes then how can i get through with it as i see new as deactivated.

3) Is there any other way of doing this if i am not going the right way.

Please, give your view on the above.
