Hi Sree,

1.If you check application log in tcode SLG1, please make sure to select the following:

-Object          CRM_DNL_PLANT

-Subobject       PLANT

-External ID     *

and also the time restriction.

2. Please also refer to KBA:

2128497 - Plants cannot be downloaded from ERP to CRM due to multiple assignment

Hello Sreekar,

First, you would need to check if the role customizing is correctly maintained.

Second, please check if there are errors being reported in SLG1.

Also, there is a discusstion about this topic as well. Kindly see if it is help.

Hi Julin,

Thanks for replying.

comparatively only 30 plants are missing in CRM side, If any customizing miss means it should not replicate the 500+.

I checked the log SLG1, unfortunately there is no error BDOC.

I checked all basic parameter and everything fine.

Please if you have any other suggestion please post.

Dear Sree,

Here is the logic how the plant being loaded:

-If no customer or vendor is assigned to the plant, create new business partner from the address data in T001W. The new business partner is assigned the role "Plant".

-If an R/3 customer number is assigned to the plant, check whether there is a CRM partner for that customer (using table CRMM_BUT_CUSTNO). If yes, use this business partner in the mapping table.

-A plant is skipped if it points to a customer or a vendor who is already assigned to another plant.

Regarding the third point, could you please check if there are multiple plants assigned to the same customer in table T001W of ECC system? As per the SAP standard, it is not recommended to have more than one Plant getting mapped to a customer in ERP system.

Thanks,

Best regards,

Julin
