is a missing key parameter for constructing the entity url

Hello ,

I am trying to implement Controlling Document . i did the configuration as per fiori implementation document . when i try to Launch app via Launchpad i getting error Could not start

the app due to a configuration problem .

When i using firebug to see the detail error getting is a missing key

parameter for constructing the entity url .

i tried accessing launchpad via websispacher but facing same issue.
