Exception condition "GENERATE_DUMP" raised.

if any one had come across with the below Dump please help us with this

dump details:

A RAISE statement in the program "SAPLIQS1" raised the except
condition "GENERATE_DUMP".
Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior
program, processing was terminated.

function module from the display of active calls.

Information on where terminated
Termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLIQS1" - in "IQS1_GENERATE_DUMP".
The main program was "SAPLIQS0 ".

In the source code you have the termination point in line 9
of the (Include) program "LIQS1U10".
