Script Logic - To retreive Unique property values using *Select syntax

Hi,

Please help with folowing scenario in Script logic :-

Inside the Cost Center Dimension I have a property FUNC_AREA and C_CODE to filter the Costcenter IDs based on the Functional area and Company code mapped.

For eg,

COSTCENTER Dimension Structure

ID FUNC_AREA (Property) C_CODE(Property) C_1000 F_400 E_1000 C_2000 F_500 E_1000 C_3000 F_400 E_1000 C_4000 F_500 E_1000 C_5000 F_400 E_1000

Using Select statement, I am filtering the Functional Areas using the Company code property value (as below)

*SELECT(%FA%,[FUNC_AREA],COSTCENTER,[C_CODE]=E_1000)

F_400,F_500,F_400,F_500,F_400 will be scoped inside the variable

Is there any way to obtain F_400,F_500 alone in the variable %FA% ?? Like to retreive the unique property values alone into the select variable. (As I am using that variable inside a loop for further calculation)

Regards,

Sreeja V

    Hi Shreela,

As usual, please explain the business logic - what you want to achieve!

It's not possible to use SELECT inside FOR/NEXT loop - SELECT will be calculated only once...
