Have you tried resetting the servername in the SMD admin pages and re-assigning the agent to SolMan?

    Hi,

Can you share the screenshot once with logs ?

How have you installed the agents ? Are these on virtual hosts ?

Try to use the hostname in smdsetup script when you register diagnostic agent.

    smdsetup.sh managingconf hostname:"<solmanhostname>" port:"5$$04" user:"solman_admin" pwd:"

    XXXXX" servername:"managesystemhostname"

    Regards,
