Buying and selling price for Items

Hello,

I have buy items in a particular price & I have defined them in Item Master data. While I am selling the price is different and doesnot have any relation with the item cost, (i.e) cannot be defined as a factor of purchase price.

Eg- Item A, Purchase Price - 13USD, selling price - 25USD

      Item B, Purchase Price - 17USD, selling price - 19USD

Both the prices are not related to eachother & provided manually but both are fixed

How and where should i upload the selling price & ensure these are selected only in the sales documents?

Hi

as Jiju suggests you can use the Price list.

I would do the next:

1. I would create a new Price list with my purchase price.

2. I would créate a new Price list that is based in the first, changing the factor to calculate the sale Price.

3. I would assing the sales Price list to the business partner.
