Nakisa Scrollbar Problem - embedded in SAP Portal

Hi,

we use the IE11 and have the Nakisa Org-Chart Viewer (HRMSS_TEAM_DETAIL) Webdnypro ABAP Service embedded in the Portal (7.3) content.

We have some users with an normal scroll curser and some people with a wrong curser (see the attachments).

Have any one an idea?

It seems to be a problem with the ZOOM Factor in IE11. The ZOOM factor should be 100% or higher, otherwise I get the same "error".
