Formatting Crystal Reports based on the values present in the Crystal Report

Hello All,

I have a requirement in Crystal reports in which it should highlight the particluar cell based on the value present in the call.

For Eg :

A cell has value of 100% then the entire cell should be highlited and if any another cell contains 50% then it should highlight half of the cell with the colour.

Basically, The cell should dynamically gets highlited based on the % value present in the report.

Could you please provide me some ideas on how to achieve this in the Crystal Reports.

Thanks

    Hi,

    See this:

Based on the percentage the cell value color or background color changes.

      Hi,

If this is the possible scenario cell has value of 100% then the entire cell should be Highlighting and if any another cell contains 50% then it should highlighted with the different background colour or cell value color.

Right click on cell -> Click on Hightlighting Expert > Create new Condition...see example:

      Thanks,

      DJ

    Hi Jagadeesh,

What you're trying to achieve is not possible.

Create a mock-crosstab and use 'text objects' in conjunction with the 'size and position' option.
