Session Time out error in app in ipad

Hi friends,

I am facing session time out error in Ipad bo app (I am looking dashboard in this). I increased time in E:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\warfiles\webapps\BOE\WEB-INF file. But still I am facing the error. Do I need to increase  the time for webservices? If yes plz tell me the steps to increase.

I am using IDT as my source. Bo 4.1 sp1

Thanks for the reply.... It works for me.

I have put in the dashboard to refresh every half an hour. If I put the ipad in idle (screen off automatically) the data will get refresh for every half an hour or not?

Hi Riaz,

Go to General->settings->background app refresh ( turn it on).

However i didnt worked on same. You can still try and revert back.
