Hi All,

We are getting the error when trying to run web intelligence report which is using .unv universe on top of bex query. We tried running webi in java /applet/Html  but issue still persist

Error: An internal error occurred while calling 'processDPCommandsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)

Currently we are in Bobj 4.1 SP05

Database DB2;9.5

OS:Redhat Linux

Can some one please help in this ?

Could you open a different report without any issues? if yes, can you confirm if someother person can open this same report ?

Since this is a DP error, double check if you have proper rights to access the data.

Hi Srikanth,

- Are you successfully able to refresh the report from Rich Client Tool ?

- Are all the WIPS servers up and running ?
- Is this a large/complex report ? If yes, can you create a server group and point it to the report for viewing and scheduling purpose.

- Do you have APS split as per KBA 1694041

There a couple of KBA's available depending on the scenario's which could help
