Single recording and Summarized recording Query

Dear Gurus,

One material....> GRN...> ONE LOT OF 500 QUANTITY.....

I have one lot of 500 quantity, From that suppose 30 quantity's is for sample

My question: Is it possible to do 25% summarized recording and 75% single recording for 30 quantity samples

As per my knowledge it is not possible, Please suggest your opinion.
