Portal 7.4 superadmin role issue

Hi Experts.

Enduser are unable to access the ESS/MSS UI functionality without superadmin role.

Please let me know the solution .What permission/steps screenshot needs to be set to remove the admin role .

Hi ,

Make sure that the standard content has atleast the read permissions to the endusers like below

and also check the system object is also having the read permission to the enduser.

I have maintained same permission but still I am getting error.

With superadmin functionality works fine.

check roles from user admin for users ur testing ...which roles u have given there ?

For the portal content assign permissions to the ESS/MSS role or its group, so that the users have required permissions. In permissions u need to select read and end user options.
