Mass update customer master

Hi,

I need to update 600 + customer master records for

1. Shipping text
2. attach an email (service attachment list)

I there any way to do this without using LSMW ?

If anyone has done it successfully, I'll appreciate receiving a  feedback

Hi

I agree with Richard. I don't think so you can do either attachment or text mass change with or without LSMW. I think you have to attach files one by one in all customers.

I think you will struggle to do this without either an LSMW recording, or an ABAP program written specifically to load text objects. Nothing standard, or a mass change tool, exists for text management. There are heaps of text management tools like function modules which an ABAP'er can use, but you need to customise a program to use them.
