C4C integration with Cisco telephone system (UCCx)?

Hi,

We are using SAP C4C and have a Cisco telephone system.

Has anyone integrated Cisco telephone systems with the SAP C4C application?

We want to integrate our inbound calls and have SAP C4C and automatically identify the phone number, customer and have a pop-up on SAP C4C with the latest tickets for this customer.

Any help is appreciated.

    Yes this is possible. The integration is achieved through a client side integration between the SAP C4C CTI adapter and the CRM provider desktop client. The integration is very simple and done by calling a parameterised URL.
