Absence and Attendance on portal

Hi All,

Would like to know wht might be the case for an error on the below scenario : -

Employee has applied for a day of leave on portal ... it got approved and hit IT2001

Later employee cancelled the leave for the above day and it got approved as well and the entry in IT2001 got deleted.

Now the employee is trying to apply attendance on the same day but system is not allowing...

PTARQ is showing two entries one insert and one delete both approved and complete.

Can somebody help wht might be the case.
