Add on installation wizard coming every time while log in to client system

Hi Experts,

I have created a addon and while it is installed in server its coming automatically while log in

but in client system every time its showing the add on installation wizard while log in each ttime even it is installed successfully

Please Help

Hi Nikhil,

Most probably it is not your add on problem.

Check if other users are affected.

Check if other addon are affected.

If it is only for a specific users, make sure that the user starts the SBO under elevated Administrator privilege (you right click and run as administrator or set it in the properties)

If above does not solve your problem, Check if the user has rights to access the SAP Business One folder, as the installer needs to modify the AddOnsLocalRegistration.sbo file.

Hi Nikhil,

You can open the properties by right clicking on B1 Client and then under Shortcut Tab --> Click Advance and tick the Run as Administrator box.

Hi Nikhil, Can you please clarify your query. I assume its not so clear. Can you please provide a screenshot of error/ wizard what you are getting.
