How to Stop PF deduction

Dear Experts,

We want to stop PF deduction for one employee (i.e. both employee and employer part),

For that when we try to give closing period (31.03.2015) in Infotype 0587, system showing below error message.

"End date before leaving date (31.12.9999)"

The end date entered falls before the employee's leaving date (31.12.9999)

(The infotype has Time constraint 1. This means that it must be always be avaliable during the employee's activitiy

(Employeement status other than 0).

Kindly suggest to stop PF deduction.
