Data Preview sub menu Missing in Eclipse

hi,

we are planning to start using eclipse for ABAP Developent.

now I want to know if there is any feature like SE16

I know there is "Data Preview" but some how it is not getting displayed in Context menu.

Our system : ECC 6.0 with EHP 6.0 and Netweaver 7.31 Service pack 12.

can any one tell me how to enable "Data preview" feature or any similar feature

    Hi Zubin,

    the feature is not available for your Netweaver configuration. It is available with NW 7.40 >= SP05. Please have a look to the ADT Feature Availability Matrix for AS ABAP Releases.

    I doubt your system meets the requirement for that.

    Please check if it is available on 7.4

    I use to write SELECT query on SQL console for Data Preview of table.

    I have not used for sometimes now like 4 months no idea if they added such features.

    But for immediate preview you can type simple SELECT on your table in SQL console
