Convert a internal table data to Latin 1 (iso-8859-1) without converting it into xstring

Hi,

I want to convert a internal table data to Latin 1 codepage(iso-8859-1), but without converting it into binary(xstring). there are classes and methods are there to convert into latin-1, but all converting it into xstring. But I want it to convert it into char only with latin-1 format.
