GRC 10.0 Access Request - Global Notification to Custom Agent

Hello All,

I would like to configure global notifications for Request Submission and Request Closing.  I need these to be sent to a custom agent, GRC Admin.  However, in MSMP there is only the following agents available to receive global notifications:

Is it possible to configure this?  I understand that I can configure a stage-level notification, but I really need the Global notification (the only notification with full Provisioning details) to be sent to the GRC Admin.

Hi Ken,

Create a Custome Agent Id in Maintain Agent id of MSMP as below:

Once this agent is added, it should be available in Global notification area.

This was the solution.  Select Agent Type "GRC API Rules" and then select preconfigured Agent Rule ID "GRAC_MSMP_SECURITY_LEAD_AGENT".

Hi Ken,

Could you try in t-code GRFNMW_CONFIGURE, select the Process type, i.e SAP_GRAC_AR or process id SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST , and then create Notification in Maintain process Notification
