Hi Dear experts,

I am trying to performed an export / import of SAP_USER using SCC8/SCC7 from Source (SAP_BASIS - 701- SAPKB70111 ) to Target (SAP_BASIS - 740 - 0009 SAPKB74009).

In order to save the current data (of target system) I did first an export in the target system and then I performed the export in the source system, the system generated a transport order which I copy to the target system and then I went to STMS and imported the transport order generated previously in the source system (but I think that it is not been imported correctly see image below) :

After I performed the import order I went to SCC7 and I am getting the below error :

Client has not yet been generated by a data import - Message No. TA226

Hi,

I think, your transport was imported correctly. Return code 4 means, the import was done and warnings did occur. In many cases warnings can be ignored.

Furthermore you do a client export with profile sap_user. I don't think, that you have to run any post-client import methods.

Did you check, if the source-system users are available in your target-system using SU01?

   Take a look at SAP Note# 47502  (CC-REMOTE: Messages of the Remote Clientcopy).

   Also this group is actually for addressing NWBC (Netweaver Business Client) issue; it's NOT the right group to ask Basis related question. You probably will get a better answer if you address Basis related question in the group below:

For Client copy Source and target system SAP release should be same in your case both are different,
