Issue in replicating materials from ECC to Sourcing

Hi Experts,

We are replicating materials from ECC to SAP Sourcing via PI.

I can see the IDOCs coming in successfully as XML messaged in System Admin->Import Data. But, the respective material is not existing in the Materials list. Like ABC material's IDOC/XML is imported successfully (as shown by trace file as well) but when I go to Master Data->Materials, the material ABC does not exist.

We imported around 10000 materials out of which approx 900 materials are missing but the XML's are processed successfully.

Also, we got this error at 1:30 PM, but all IDOCs shows processed successfully (between 1:30 PM to 1:32 PM) message even after below error. The materials are still not visible in Master data tab.

Stack Trace:

ErrorNumber=1 - There
was a problem with record 1.

    Hi Megha,

    Please do the following (and it would be easiest to assist you if you were to open an OSS ticket).

    1. Try to identify a material that is not visible in the Master data in SAP Sourcing but was published from SAP ECC

    2. Generate the XML file for this (one of the ways is to use the report BBP_ES_MASTERDATA_EXTRACT To generate this XML file)

    3. Try to manually import this material xml in SAP Sourcing

    4. Even though the message says successful, open the trace file (save it and attach to OSS)

    5. Please check for any obvious errors in the trace file and see if you can fix them yourself. if this is not possible, please also attach the eso.log and eso.trc files to the OSS message
