Hi Gurus,
He have using a setup, where the in sales order item s.loc. is entered (e.g. 2000) in plant 1000.
MRP area is assigned to this material and 1000-QWE (st.loc 2000).
Whenever customer requirement is coming on this MRp area , material reservation is created (as per SPK) and stock is supposed to transfer from plant to this MRP area.
Say, in MD04 for material / MRp area , sales order is having a delivery date of 12th May.
After MRP run , transfer reservation is created for the for equal qty as SO and req. date is 12th may (GRis 0 day).
Material is manufactured in plant and having TRLT =30 days
What is strange is, in ATP check in the SO , system is adding 30 days in req. date of reservation and whatever date comes , gives it as a promise date and create schedule line.
My expectation is , it should not add 30 days and give a promise date =req. date of material reservation.
Please advice the reason?? is it standard?? any notes for it??
Many Thanks!!
Hello Umang,
You are considering the replenishment lead time in the ATP check.
Check MRP area field in sales document items (VBAP-BERID) is updated.
Please implement OSS note 1389127 - MRP Areas: Special procurement type not considered in CO09
In transaction CO09 the reservations (MtlRes) are displayed with MRP area
Best Regards,

Hi,
Thanks for replying.
there are two things , we are using check without TRLT in scope of check and this particular note is for older version.
I confirmed that my issue is not related to scope of check,
I want to know why system adds TRLT time to the reqt date of material transfer while performing ATP check.
Many thanks!!
