Can ByDesign provide a URL over secure VPN for a web service?

Hi Experts,

We need to integrate with another system for billing. For this purpose we are using the standard web service provided but the client are asking whether the system can provide the URL over secure VPN. Can anyone clarify that this is possible in the system? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
