Two entries in qRFC monitor - one with transaction recorded

In ECC system when I displayed a failed queue, I see two entries as shown in below screenshot. I see that queue name is same but date and time are different and TIDs are different. One of the entries says "transaction recorded".

I want to find out why there are two entries and what does the second entry "transaction recorded" mean? Does the second entry tell that the LUW has been successfully processed? Or I still have to execute the LUW?

Thanks.

Hi,

Two entries with same queue name denotes that the queue holds the same kind of information (planned Orders, Purchase Orders etc) for same product locations (you can check it by looking into the details of LUW).

Ex When you execute a integration model for change in part detail then 2 TIDs will be created with same Queue name. 1 is for the IM generation details and 1 is for Changes captured for the part.

1. /SAPAPO/CIF_PROD_INBOUND

2. /SAPAPO/CIF_GEN_EVENT

Transaction Recorded means queue is ready to be executed but some events are holding it from getting executed (Data issues, Resource issues, communication issues etc), Resolve your 1st transaction then the second one will get executed automatically.

Check your settings on SMQR and SMQS, schedule the report RSQIWKEX to run periodically. This report enables automatic reset of queues.

Queues are grouped by Queue names and also by Transaction IDs, You may see some queues may multiple transactions recorded with different queue name but with same Transaction ID.

Thanks
