hi, all,
I want to delete unused text variables. Can anyone tell me , how can I do iz?
regards
neven
Sorry for the wrong answer earlier. i gave answers for otherthat text variables deletion.
Now you have currect answer.
go to any formula you have text variable icon, select the required text variable. when you select text variable appears with ampersand in the formula description. right click on that and go to edit. in the edit mode you have delete icon.
Hope it works.

Hi,
I think you have to write an ABAP which does it for you.
There are some usefull FMs for that (Function group RSWB).

from the query designer go to particular characteristic and expand, you will find variables. select the variables you want and delete those.
