COHV- Rescheduling Orders

Hi All,

We are using MTO Scenario,

Following parameter set for mass scheduling of Orders-

Backward Scheduling,

Set Date as 25.05.2015 in OrdFin Under Back ward Scheduling,

Following data maintained in Material Master -

In-house production  0   days	Planned Deliv. Time  0   days
GR Processing Time   0   days
SchedMargin key	000

After execution, System update Scheduling End date as 24.05.2015 i.e. 1 day before in all cases. What would be the reason ?

Hello

System will not use the in-house production time from the material master to schedule production orders. The routing will be exploded and the basic start date will be calculated from the time set for the operations.

When I am going to set 25.05.2015 or any date in OrdFin Under Back ward Scheduling, system updated as 1 day before i.e. 24.05.2015.

I couldn't find the reason..

Is this issue happening for production or planned orders?

Did you already checked the dates/times of the routing operation?

This issue is happening in Production Order execution.

In COHV, I set below date

& in production Order, system updates(19.05.2015) as shown below-

Rahul,

I think this is standard behavior of the system if you notice end of of order is set to 24:00 on 19/5 so that it is available on next day i.e on 20/5.

With an in-house production time equal to 0 days, it is assumed that the material can be produced at any time of a day. For this reason, the order finish date is set to 24:00

I have checked on other client its taking correct scheduling date that I mentioned while executing COHV.
