Issue in Manager Approval Stage

Hello GRC Mates,

We have configured MSMP for New Account. We have three stages defined for the same.

Stage 1 : Manager

Stage 2:  Role Owner and

Stage 3: Security.

In the Manager Stage, Whenever a User initiates a Request, the request is reaching the Manager's Inbox and Once the Manager Approves it, its moving to the next stage.

It seems to be working well. But, the issue is:

For Few Users, There are 4-5 managers also. The Requirement is All the managers have to approve it. Accordingly, I set the following value in modify task settings:

Approver Type: ALL Approvers

Still, Even If 1 Manager Approves it, it is moving to the next stage which shouldn't be the case.

Any help in this regard please.

Hi Deepak,

Check the audit log after submitting the request. you'll find the approvers list at that stage.

1) in your Stage 1 : Manager-  is the agent id GRAC_MANAGER?

GRAC_MANAGER value comes from manager variable which you give in access request ( user details- manager field). As there is only one GRAC_MANAGER, request will go to that person only.

you can change the agent according to access control owner group or you can create a Z approver group ( direct user mapping) in maintain agent and assign them to the stage approval.

Please specify the workflow settings for better solution.

Could you check if changing the routing level in MSMP task setting helps.
