SAP WM 6.1 : Few issues are facing in QAS

Hi Experts,

My application running fine by connecting to SAP DEV system. Recently i changed the bachend connection from SAP DEV to SAP QAS.

We are facing the following issue in Quality Server backend.

01. The Functional Location & Personnel Number are not displaying in NotificationEdit Screen. In below screen shot we can observe the FuncLoc in Notification details screen.

But if we click on Edit screen the FuncLoc & Personnel number are not displaying, fields are empty as shown below.

But these functionalists are working fine when we connect to SAP DEV as back end connection. But i dont know wats wrong with QAS, i am sure all request are moved from DEV to QAS.

02. We are not able to create the work order from notification , because the 'Add Workorder' option is disable in action menu.      Is its authorization issue??

can any one help me to resolve this issue????
