Can a fiori application be brought inside SAPUI5 application?

Hello experts,

If there is one SAPUI5 application and one fiori application, and we want to navigate to fiori application on some event say press of button (inside same SAPUI5 application) , then is this possible??

I don't want to give link of fiori app inside sapui5 app, rather want complete fiori app inside sapui5 app(as if fiori app is part of this sapui5 app itself).

I do not know whether the question itself is relevant or not. But just thought of merging two apps if both are actually complementary to each other.

Thank you,

Best Regards,

you can get sapui5 component from Fiori app, you can find one in Implementation section

    for example

App Implementation: My Timesheet (Version 2) - SAP Fiori Apps for Lower Back-End Releases - SAP Library

    SAP UI5 Application HCM_TSH_MAN

not too sure if I understood your question, but let's say you have a panel inside your UI5 and you want in that panel to add the whole 'index.html' of the Fiori application.

if this is the case, you could look into WebComponents, X-Tag or Polymer for such.. you can create a custom control that embeds a web component (which will contain your whole Fiori App) using any web-component framework of your choice.. this will create a new shadowdom and will keep one application isolated to the other, and still give you the ability to call methods and make interactions between both of them using javascript.

      hope it helps.
